We are currently recruiting for an Associate Marketing Manager in Chantilly, VA. This person will be responsible for supporting field sales requests and managing special projects across our Residential Furniture Rental business needs.


  • Act as the point person in communications regarding any special projects you are responsible for
  • Support local and national marketing efforts as assigned, including developing marketing materials for targeted customer segments, ensuring they are on brand and talking to target customer messaging strategy
  • Support the marketing team with implementing national programs, trade show needs, etc.
  • Attend sales meetings and develop training materials for use by Field Sales teams
  • Write creative briefs and suggested marketing materials for use by ad agencies
  • Provide analysis of campaigns, report to internal participants, recommend campaign improvements and adjustments to drive higher performance, more efficient budget utilization and develop best practices


  • College degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication or Journalism
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing role
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically 30+%
  • Proven success in strategic and tactical development of marketing campaigns
  • Digital and traditional marketing experience required
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience preferred
  • Email service provider or digital marketing software experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools and CMS
  • Understanding of social media marketing
  • Strong writing skills preferred
  • Knowledge of print production
