  • Overview

    CORT is seeking a Java developer to work in the Oracle Commerce Experience Manager environment.  This developer will produce Java-based cartridges as required by the business to support CORT’s e-commerce systems. Our developers may code individually or even remotely at times, but they will always be interacting with business and QA as a part of our Agile project management process.

     

    CORT IT maintains multiple enterprise e-commerce systems and is looking for the right developer to add to our team.  We offer competitive salary and benefits in a professional, but very flexible, work environment with good telecommuting options.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop Java-based Cartridges for the Oracle Commerce Experience Manager
    • Interact with project managers, product owners, and designers in order to understand product requirements
    • Work as part of a team with other developers, product owners, testers and system administrators to produce the desired results
    • Follow department and industry best practices including source code control, build process and project management systems

    Qualifications

    Required Experience

    • 3+ years experience with a CMS such as Oracle Commerce Experience Manager or Adobe Experience Manager
    • 5+ years experience in Java
    • Knowledge of SOAP/XML and REST/JSON
    • Knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS
    • Able to work individually or in teams
    • Able to work directly with stake holders

     

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with Salesforce or Force.com development
    • Experience with e-commerce applications such as Oracle ATG
    • Experience working in an Agile development process
