    Supervise the operations of one retail store/clearance center engaged in the growth of retail revenue through selling previously rented or new furniture.


    • Supervise assigned clearance center to achieve budgeted retails sales revenue and margin;
    • Maintain stock condition, physical condition and security of showroom and facility;
    • Maintain inventory levels needed to meet retail objectives and operation efficiency;
    • Develop customer relationships with outstanding customer service;
    • Maintain post-sale relationships with customer to ensure satisfaction with our product and to encourage repeat and referral business;
    • Contribute ideas for advertising, operation changes;
    • Work effectively with both internal and external customers to support district and company goals


    • Associate College degree with 2 year of related work experience or 2 years of related work experience without a degree;
    • Ability to varied work schedule to provide support for showroom, sales events, meetings, networking functions, etc.;
    • Excellent communication, reasoning skills, and computer proficiency skills;
    • Ability to speak, read and write English
