    CORT Furniture Clearance Center has an opportunity to join our sales team as a Retail Furniture Sales Associate in our Concord Clearance Center.

    Your main job responsibilities will include:

    • Processing sales orders following CORT’s established policy and procedures. Scheduling delivery and assisting with customer furniture pick-ups.
    • Floor presentation and display maintenance - moving furniture, showroom merchandising, pricing and accessorizing.
    • Lead development through in store contacts and internet prospecting.
    • A professional demeanor with a sincere customer driven passion.  Desire to create an outstanding customer experience.
    • Self-motivated drive with computer literate skills.
    • Providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers, phone inquiries and internet leads.
    • Ability to multi-task and respond to peak selling periods.


    We are seeking an individual with the following qualities:

    • Professional selling and closing skills with a consultative sales approach. 
    • Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy working with the public. 
    • Ability to lift at least 75 pounds. 
    • Availability to work weekends hours. Store Hours: M-F 10:00-7:00, Saturday 10:00-6:00, Sunday 11:00-5:00.
    • Prior furniture sales experience a plus. We have a comprehensive training program.
    • Compensation: -$50,000 average - $15 hourly plus weekly commissions plus a monthly profit bonus. Commission guarantee paid during training period.
