    The Sales Concierge position requires flexibility as well as exceptional multi-tasking skills as the role requires a wide variety of tasks to be performed on a daily basis in this busy, fast-paced and challenging environment. The goal of the Sales Concierge is to provide an unforgettable customer experience with every client interaction. Fulfillment of this objective involves high-level customer service for both internal and external customers combined with skillful management of all facets involved in supporting the residential selling process.


    • Partner with San Francisco region Account Representative to provide inside sales and customer service support.
    • Manage relationships with new and existing clients to ensure all needs are met.
    • Assist with finding new business- and maximizing the current relationships we have.
    • Proactively establish key contacts within the Bay Area utilizing current resources such as Linked in Zoom info, Facebook, etc.
    • Prepare quotes/proposals for clients. Enter all transactions in V2.
    • Logging and tracking all communications in Salesforce.
    • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle from quote to lease execution.
    • Keeps all stakeholders updated with current information and paperwork.
    • Walk deliveries of VIP clients or special requests for quality assurance.
    • As well as, any other kinds of tasks assigned by your management team.
    • $21hr. plus commission 


    • 5 years’ experience in a Customer Service support role.
    • Ability to work well with people.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Great phone presence.
    • Hours will be Monday thru Friday 8am – 6pm.
    • Local travel will be required 25% of the time.
