The Senior HR Manager will work with the Group Vice President and the Executive Director of Sales and Operations to provide counsel, advice, and direction on all aspects of HR. The Senior HR Manager also will work with employees and management to solve problems and to assist in policy, procedure, and practice of HR Systems. This position will provide direction regarding Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, employee rewards, and compliance with employment law. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for a Division that includes locations in 12 different cities in the United States.
