  • Overview

    Supports our key customers with floorplans and product selection using the catalog of new or existing products.   

     

    Responsibilities

    Working with the sales force, support key customers with presentations including 2 and 3-D floorplans and product selections that will enhance the customer’s brand maintain our profitability.

    ·         Assure product availability

    ·         Assure that the recommendations are within the budget

    ·         Interact with customer

     

    Develop rooms using 3-D renderings for the web and sales presentation that support the trends and supports the merchandise strategy.

    • Review and approve all third party 3-D room renderings according to identified trends.   

    Work with the VP of Merchandising on photography needs.    

    • Manage the photography Studio
    • Manage shoots to include the development of the shot list, room selection, and inventory of product.
    • Purchase accessories according to the budget.
    • Participate in the shoot. 

    Maintain and update block plans for retail and rental showrooms. 

    • Working with the showroom manager maintain merchandising and product displays on the key rental showrooms. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, design, visual arts or related area.
    • 5 years+ experience providing space planning or related role.
    • Furniture industry experience is preferred.
    • Proficient in CAD and 3-D programs.
    • Must be willing to travel 20%.
    • Ability to work with others.
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to communicate their design work with clients.
