The successful candidate will bring expertise in working with businesses across many industries with a variety of work environments from Technology start-ups and Film Production sites to Construction companies and Property Management to Law Firms and Healthcare.
The position includes a variety of sales initiatives from networking, prospecting and introductory presentations to calls with existing customers to build rapport and develop new business opportunities.
This position will cover the East Bay, including Oakland and Hayward.
CORT will also provide you a solid onboarding program, in-depth Salesforce training, and train you on the methods of value-based, collaborative selling, which touches all types of businesses and many levels of professions.

This person will work on the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, attracting, and tracking candidates to assisting with interviewing and hiring great employees to join our team. This position will support high-volume recruiting across multiple states with frequent use of applicant tracking and referral systems. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with various hiring managers and company recruiters to assist with delivering top talent to the organization. An understanding of sourcing options, along with creating nurturing relationships with both prospective talent and hiring managers will be key to success in this role.
